Great location with a nice view of the sea, and the breakfast was decent with a good variety of local products. The owner's son was a helpful and friendly guy who gave us good recommendations for restaurants in the area. Plus, the room had a comfortable bed.
The hotel is really run down and not well-maintained. Our room was dirty and dusty, the bathroom was rusty, and the furniture was old and uncomfortable.

The beds were so comfy! Plus, it's super close to the airport ✈️. Being just a short 10-minute walk from Paralia Neas Achialou made our stay even more enjoyable.

It took some time to find the hotel. Locatie is very good: just cross the street and you're at the beach. The service is very kind and very helpfull. I've really had a very good time here.

the hotel location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and with a stunning sea view from our balcony. the room was well-furnished, with a comfortable bed and a powerful air conditioning unit. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered a variety of fresh and tasty local products. Another great advantage was the friendly and helpful staff, who made us feel welcome and assisted us with travel tips.
The hotel was not well-maintained, with some aspects in need of improvement. the shower curtain was poorly set, causing water to flow onto the bathroom floor.

Nice location at the beach front where you can walk at the promenade along the sea. The owner Vasilis was very friendly person, speaking very good Italian, he proposed us a very fine fish restaurant and we went there together, where we had a very big variety of sea food. The hotel was nicely decorated, nice, clean and comfortable rooms with beautiful view at the sea. The bathrroms were very clean and just rennovated. The buffet breakfast in the morning with big variety of local products. It is an economical hotel and highly reccomended for 2-3 days of relax.
My visit was out of season but it must be very beautiful at summer time

Very nicely equipped hotel (very good mattress, good shower cabin) and some interesting design and decoration decisions too. Very friendly staff. Unexpectedly good breakfast.
The hotel is starting to show it's age. Looks like well run and maintained place, but it's about time for renovation.

A 10 for the staff they are nice and really helpful! Stayed there as a part of my visit to Volos. Airport in about 15 min. Distance. It is very comvenient for this purpose if one has a car. It is also convenient to visit the Pelion area and Meteora (only 150 Klm away) and to stay away from the city congestion. The owner and the employees of the hotel are very welcoming and make you feel really at home. Great experience, great value for money, very helpfull and friendly staff, excellent sea view, very good breakfast. I'll definitely choose Protessilaos Hotel when I will come back to Volos
